Bargello quilts get their origin from a needle point technique originating from a set of chairs in the Bargello Palace in Florence. The technique is surprisingly simple once learned, when a pattern is followed. The pattern you will be following in class is one of Brian’s own design, and it is intended to be a fall table topper, though it could easily be incorporated as a center panel on a quilt or created as a wall hanging!
Some prep-work is required so you can dive into the technique as soon as class starts, but it is simple and straight-forward. Anyone from a confident beginner to an experienced quilter would enjoy and learn from this class!
