GREAT selection of hard to find accessories and parts. I didn’t spend much time in there because they knew exactly what I needed, they had it in my hand in less than 1 minute and the price was better than anywhere else I checked.
The people at Jones Sew & Vac are always so polite and helpful. They are the only place I will have my Vacuums and Sewing machines serviced. I feel like they treat me honestly and that is important to me.
I took my vacuum in and Adam took it back to the shop to check it out. He fixed it quickly. I was very happy with the way I was treated. Adam was extremely helpful and friendly.
