Happy Hauler Bag with Christy Christensen (2-day event)
Join the fabulous Christy Christensen as she shares her vast bag making knowledge! This two day event will be just what you need to "Haul" all of your sewing and quilting items to classes or retreats. This big sipper top bag has six pockets on the inside to keep everything organized. Great for taking to the beach, quilting or crafting retreats, camping, or shopping!

| Requirements: | Pick up a pattern and supply list at the store or call for more information on what you'll need to bring. Bring a sewing machine and foot pedal in good working order, scissors, thread, and basic sewing supplies. You'll also need a MICROTEX 90/14 needle. A walking foot will help on this project. You will also need the following: pins or clips, rotary cutter and mat, chalk or Frixion pen markers, seam ripper, a hand sewing needle and matching thread, as well as a measuring tape. For the bag/fabrics, you'll need the following: Fabric A (outside and sashing): 1 yard of non directional fabric or a panel; extra fabric will be needed for directional fabric. Fabric B: (inside, sashing, pockets, and pocket lining): 1 1/2 yard. Fabric C (finishing: handles, bottom, binding, bows, and tabs): 1 1/4 yard. Interfacing: 54x58" double sided fusible Bosal, or other brand) of foam interfacing for the bag body. Bosal's precut CrafTex Plus Large Camden Bag Bottoms for the base of the bag, and a 30" handbag zipper with a wide zipper tape and double slides. |
